Obama on Climate

I'm in LA this week for the Governors' Global Climate Summit:

a high-level meeting between governmental “climate leaders” and to conclude a cooperative Summit Declaration on climate solutions... [and] to discuss the outlook for a comprehensive global agreement on climate solutions that prevents the world passing the “tipping point” as described by the IPCC.

The word is that President-Elect Obama's video welcome this morning will contain a "significant" announcement on climate strategy. Watch the news today.
