"Cure Parkinsons" petition. Go, Mom!

My mother, a Parkinsons patient, figured it wasn't enough to become a pretty impressive collage artist late in life. (More on that soon.)

She's also decided to do everything she can to support the quest for a cure. Her latest endeavor:

My goal is to create a Parkinsons awareness postage stamp with the U.S. Postal Service. I have created this petition to the Citizens' Stamp Advisory Committee, and hope to collect 10,000 signatures. I encourage you and your friends to join in this urgent effort, to bring an end to this insidious and devastating disease. Thank you for your attention and help. Sincerely, Deborah Friend

Come and sign: Care2 : The Petition Site : "Cure Parkinson. Thanks!
